Personal Brand Site (Next.js)
Web
Designed and engineered a hire-ready personal site in React/Next.js with clear positioning, case studies, and recruiter-friendly metadata.
Case study
Role: Product design + front-end engineering (solo)
The challenge
Generic portfolio templates signal “designer for hire” more than “senior front-end partner.” I needed a site that hiring managers and AI scanners could parse quickly—role, impact, stack, and proof—without burying the message under decorative work.
What I did
- Positioned the experience around conversion-focused front-end and UI/UX value, not freelancing packages.
- Built the site in React / Next.js with static export, structured content, and maintainable SCSS components.
- Added hire-ready metadata (Open Graph, Person schema, plain-language summary for AI tools) and dual CTAs: talk + resume.
- Organized work as case studies so decision-makers see problem → approach → outcome.
Outcome
A living professional profile that doubles as a technical sample: modern stack, intentional UX, and messaging aimed at full-time and contract opportunities.
Skills demonstrated: Next.js, React, UI design, content architecture, SEO/structured data, conversion-oriented layout.
